Project 1: Real Estates Investing
I have a keen interest in real estate and currently working on a startup in this space. I have also invested in a couple properties. My latest investment is in a residential property development in North East Scotland.
Covering Scotland, Madester Real Estates aims to; assist home owners wanting to sell their properties fast, provide affordable homes to first time buyers; and source real estate investment deals & opportunities for investors. Project 2: Healthcare Tech
I co-founded nuObjects Tech Services Ltd with the aim of providing digital solutions for the real world needs in healthcare, education and agriculture. Along with Dimagic Inc & TimbaObjects - and between 2009 and 2012 - we developed a digitial platform that connected remote communities in Nigeria that were either unreachable or difficult to reach. The platform delivered outcomes in an efficient and cost-effective manner for the impactful frontline public healthcare work. The solution was used for real time monitoring and tracking of birth registration, vaccination materials and mosquito bednet distributions in remote areas through its SMS-based data collection. The platform provided dashboard for decision makers and where necessary enabled real time interventions.
Project 3: AgTech
Creating food security in a sustainable manner in the underprivileged populations is a long-held insterest of mine. To this end, I am investing in an AgTech startup madesterfoods.com that aims to provide digital solutions to address various bottlenecks and issues in the food supply value chain. Madester Foods is also building a diversified portfolio of livestocks and crops in order to accelerate satisfying these objectives. Madester Foods is in strategic partnerships with foodlocker.com.ng - leveraging its strong nework to achieve its objectives and produce the most impactful outcomes.
